These terms govern your use of ComplyFine, operated by Marita (a sole trader / zelfstandige based in Belgium). By using ComplyFine you agree to these terms.

The service

ComplyFine helps you track GDPR and related compliance deadlines and obligations, and provides an AI assistant for general compliance questions.

Not legal advice

ComplyFine provides compliance-tracking guidance only, not legal advice. Information and AI responses are general and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always consult a qualified data protection professional or lawyer for your specific situation. You are responsible for your own compliance.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Solo and Business) are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as set out in the money-back guarantee below. For purchases made through the Apple App Store, Apple's terms and refund process apply.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with ComplyFine, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by emailing info@complyfine.com. The refund applies to your most recent payment and will cancel your subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or use it to violate the rights of others.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComplyFine is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any fines, penalties, or losses arising from your compliance decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and disputes are subject to the competent Belgian courts.
